What makes a great story?

Small moments; human characters; an outcome that is funny without exposing anyone to harm. Satire of systems beats ridicule of people.

Original writing or art you own.
No classified, operational, sensitive or personally identifying material.
Permission for recognizable contributors and images.
Clear factual vs. fictional framing.

Rights come first.

We do not accept submissions through an unconfigured form. To discuss licensed contributions, use the contact page. A written agreement must cover editing, attribution, distribution, book use and compensation (if any) before publication.
